National Zucchini Bread Day

April 25th is National Zucchini Bread Day! For my first attempt at zucchini bread I think it turned out alright, but if I were to do it again I would make one change: the recipe said you could use either white or whole wheat flour and I decided to try and be healthy so I used whole wheat.. but I’ll be honest- the fatty in me would have preferred the white. Regardless, the plate I left in the kitchen to share is now empty, so at least I know it’s edible!
