National Chocolate Mousse Day

After a slight blog hiatus (due to an incredible trip to Joshua Tree National Park!) I am back with April 3rd‘s celebration of National Chocolate Mousse Day! Knowing that nothing can top my mom’s famous (but unfortunately not vegan) chocolate mousse, I attempted Colleen Patrick Goudreau’s vegan chocolate mousse recipe. The only problem I found with it? Having to wait an hour for it to chill to eat it! (P.S. This photo was taken before the mousse was chilled. The bubbles you see came from the mousse being poured directly from the blender, but they disappeared and the finished product was super smooth.)
