Happy National Cocoa Day! On this cool December 13th, with a little help from my girl Betty Crocker, I concocted some pretty delicious hot chocolate. If you look past the fact that I unknowingly gave some to my lactose intolerant roommate who thought I had made it from a packaged powder, I’d call this celebration a success!
